The name
According to a story from Greek mythology, present in the Odyssey, Odysseus, passing precisely off the coast between Positano and Praiano, had himself tied to the mast of the ship on which they were traveling in order to listen to the seductive song of the sirens located on the Island of Li Galli, without falling into their treacherous plots.
Meanwhile, the crew, with their ears plugged with wax, sailed the ship further out to sea.
The gods..
..observing from Olympus, decided worriedly to descend to earth to prevent the shipwreck.
As they descended, they passed through our mountains, and the passage took the name of Path of the Gods.
The house, located halfway between the Path and the sea, is called Home of the Gods, in italian La Dimora Degli Dei.
